This is a recording of a customer service call to american express pre paid credit card. We went to purchase pizza online and card got denied but the money was taken off the card even though they denied transaction. The customer service rep. said it takes 8 days for the return of the money back onto the card. This is prepaid money, transaction was denied and yet they get to keep your money for 8
